Item Availability
Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate. This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be informed and refunded for the payment amount.

Payment & Currency
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The US dollar exchange rates shown are calculated by a third party and will not always reflect the exact exchange rate applied by your credit card company.

Order Adjustments
You may cancel or make changes to your order only providing that the order has not been packaged or shipped yet. To do this, please send an email to hello@charlieandlee.com.
